I don't like Xion. I never played the game where she was in and I don't plan to do. To me it feels like she was made only to prevent AkuRoku fans to ship Axel and Roxas.
Yes, I love Axel and Roxas. I even liked it before people started to call it mainstream. I always adored their bond and I loved reading fanfictions or talking to other fans who wanted to discuss about their relationship and what happened in Organisation XIII. Back then there wasn't any information about KH 385/2 so we fans had a lot of time to think for ourselves and of course this led to a huge fan community. I cherish those times and the nice conversations I had with others.
And then one day the game creators decided that there were too many yaoi fans and created Xion to make Roxas straight. To force a love interest on him. Because you know, ever hero needs a heroine by his side. This old-fashioned cliche is getting on my nerves and of course they had to go through with it. Only to stop the yaoi fans. This is my expression from her and the purpose of the game and it never changed. To me she is a bad fanfiction character. A mary sue only created to be at the main characters side and to be saved. Thus I cannot like her.
I've bought the manga about KH 358/2 and I must say that my worst nightmare became true. She is a stereotyped character and of course fullfills all characteristics of a mary sue. It's like a 12-years old fangirl who is obsessed with Roxas made the story line! I expected better than that. I expected epicness - not this.
However I believe killing and hurting her is the wrong way to show your feelings. I don't support bashing in any way and I would never even think about hurting her or trying to fight with her fans. I respect people who like her and even if I don't like her at all I don't see any reason to make her suffer. The game creators are the ones to blame not Xion. They wasted a lot of potential and it's really sad. Just sad.

Excuse me fellow artist... Is it really nesscary to make this club? I respect your and your friends opinion not liking Xion. But seriously, the reason I'm leaving this message that this community have issue. One of the biggest issues is drawing of Xion getting kill by her own best friends or by angry fan girl.

Reason why I hate Xion?
1. She bores me.
2. She's not a good friend to Roxas.
3. Stupid emo bitch who's always on the verge of destroying herself and making Roxas and Axel miserable most of the time.
4. I would be happy if SE made her the Nobody of Kairi instead of another replica who, unlike Riku Replica, is always dragging people down with her miserableness. Riku Replica at least has the strong will to be his own self. Xion, oh my goodness, is really one depressing character and unlike Roxas, I don't have sympathy for her at all. I just loathe her!

Everyone has an opinion I guess. I always thought people didn't like Xion because, she has no purpose, she breaks of akuroku, namiroku, she is another copy of sora, fangirls are just jealous. Etc. but everyone has an opinion. But if she were a real person who HAD died for her friends, I think this would go the other way around. So many peeple so happy to see Xion die.
